1. Services

Zen Therapies provides holistic therapy services. The treatments can be found on the website. All sessions are by appointment only.

2. Booking & Deposits

All bookings must be made via our website, email, phone, or in person. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from the total cost of your session. Full payment is due at or before the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. You may reschedule a maximum of two times per booking. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or you fail to attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. We do not offer refunds on deposits under any circumstances.

4. Late Arrivals & No Shows

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting subsequent clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment may be considered a no-show and your deposit will be lost.

5. Health & Medical Conditions

You must inform us of any relevant medical conditions or health concerns before your session. Zen Therapies reserves the right to refuse or modify treatment if it is deemed inappropriate or unsafe based on the information provided.

6. Code of Conduct

We expect all clients to behave respectfully toward our therapists and staff. Any form of abusive, inappropriate, or threatening behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund.

7. Results & Liability

Holistic therapies are complementary and not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. While we strive to provide beneficial outcomes, results may vary and are not guaranteed. Zen Therapies accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from use of our services, except where required by law.

8. Privacy

All personal data collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We respect your confidentiality and comply with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

9. Changes to Services or Terms

We reserve the right to update our services, pricing, and these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to future bookings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
