Where exactly is the treatment room?+
We're at 26 Railway St, Llanhilleth, Abertillery NP13 2JB — a quiet residential street with free on-street parking right outside the door. Full directions and a what3words location are sent with your booking confirmation.
Do I need to bring anything?+
Nothing at all. Towels, linens, Elemis oils, blankets and music are provided. Wear comfortable clothing you don't mind slipping out of — undergarments stay on throughout, and you're always properly draped.
How quickly can I get an appointment?+
Same-day and next-day slots are common on weekdays. Saturdays book out 1–2 weeks ahead, so message early for weekend availability. If it's urgent (post-injury, wedding, event), always call — we hold flex slots that aren't shown online.
What's your cancellation policy?+
Free reschedule with 24 hours' notice. Inside 24 hours we ask for 50% of the treatment value to cover the held slot; no-shows are charged in full. Genuine emergencies are always handled case-by-case.
Do you take card, cash or bank transfer?+
All three. Card (contactless or chip & pin) on the day, cash on the day, or bank transfer up to 24 hours before your appointment. Gift vouchers redeemable in full or part payment.
I've never had a professional massage — is that okay?+
Absolutely, and it's more common than you'd think. We walk through pressure, focus areas and boundaries before you get on the couch, and check in through the treatment. If anything feels off, you say the word and we adjust.
