Zen Therapies is the mobile treatment practice of an Elemis-trained therapist with hands-on experience at the Celtic Manor Resort. Since 2019 we've delivered over 3,200 home treatments across Abertillery, Ebbw Vale and the wider South Wales valleys — couch, linens, oils and music all included.

Zen Therapies began with a simple observation: the people who needed massage the most — new mothers, carers, shift workers, people with chronic pain, postpartum clients, and those without easy transport — were the ones least able to get to a treatment room. We brought the treatment room to them.
Today we specialise in six signature treatments: Full Body, Back, Back-Scalp-Neck, Head & Neck, Foot, and Facial. Every appointment is one-to-one, in your own space, with the same therapist from booking to aftercare — no rotation, no upsells.
Our service area covers Abertillery, Llanhilleth, Ebbw Vale, Tredegar, Brynmawr, Blaina, Pontypool and the rest of Blaenau Gwent. Travel inside that radius is included. We arrive 10 minutes early, set up in 8 minutes, and leave the room exactly as we found it.
