Booking & payment
A booking is confirmed once we reply to your request with a date and time. Payment is taken in cash, card or bank transfer at the end of the treatment unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a booking. Cancellations inside 24 hours may be charged at 50% of the treatment fee to cover the held slot and travel.
Late arrivals
If we arrive late, we will always run the full treatment time or offer a discount/free top-up at the next visit. If you are not ready at the booked time, the treatment may run shorter to keep later bookings on time.
Health & safety
Please disclose any medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies or recent injuries before treatment begins. We reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment for clinical safety. A consultation form will be completed before your first session.
Service area & travel
Travel inside our core service area (Abertillery, Llanhilleth, Ebbw Vale, Tredegar, Brynmawr, Blaina, Pontypool and surrounding Blaenau Gwent postcodes) is included. Outside this area, a travel fee may apply — we will always quote before confirming.
Treatment environment
We bring the couch, linens, oils and music. We ask only for a clear floor area of approximately 2m × 3m, access to a toilet, and that pets and small children are settled elsewhere during the treatment for safety.
Satisfaction promise
If a treatment does not meet the standard described on this website, contact us within 48 hours and we will re-book or refund. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Liability
Zen Therapies carries full public and treatment liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of the treatment booked.
