A 50-minute facial protocol covering double cleanse, exfoliation, targeted mask, serum and moisturiser, paired with massage of the face, neck and décolletage, plus a finishing scalp, hand and arm sequence. Products are professional-grade and selected for your skin type on the day — not a single fixed formula for every client.

When you need it
Two weeks before any big event — wedding, photoshoot, milestone birthday — to settle the skin. Otherwise as a monthly maintenance treatment, or seasonally when the skin shifts (post-summer, mid-winter). Don't book within 48 hours of a beauty event if you tend to flush easily.

Set up

Double cleanse + exfoliate
First cleanse lifts make-up and surface grime; second works into the skin. Exfoliation is enzymatic or mechanical depending on skin tolerance.
Mask + face massage
Active mask while a 15-minute face, neck and chest massage drains lymph and warms the tissue. Hands and arms massaged while the mask works.
Finish + scalp
Mask removed, serum and moisturiser sealed in, eye area and lips treated, scalp massage to close. You stay lying down; we pack and leave.

Facials done well are part skincare, part lymphatic work, part nervous-system reset. Here's what's actually included in the 50 minutes.
Skin types we treat
Normal, dry, dehydrated, combination, oily, congested, sensitive, mature and post-menopausal skin. We do not perform medical-grade peels, microneedling or extractions of deep cysts — those need a clinical setting.
Products used
Professional Elemis lines (the therapist is Elemis-certified) and equivalent salon-grade actives. Hyaluronic, vitamin C, niacinamide and gentle AHAs are selected per session. Bring your daily routine to the table so we can align our work with what you already use.
Massage techniques included
Lymphatic drainage on the face and neck, pressure-point work along the jaw and brow, scalp release at the occiput, and full décolletage massage. The hand and arm sequence runs in parallel with the mask phase, so no time is wasted.
Variations of the facial
Brightening focus (for dull or pigmented skin), calming focus (for sensitised or reactive skin), and a deep-cleanse focus (for congested and oily skin). All three fit within the standard 50 minutes — tell us at booking which result you want.
Aftercare guidance
We finish with a short verbal aftercare summary: SPF for 48 hours, no active acids that night, plenty of water. Written notes provided on request, and we follow up by message if it's your first facial with us.
