The Treatment

Full Body Massage that actually resolves what's bothering you.

What it is

A 60-minute, full-body Swedish-based massage tailored on the day. We work systematically through the back, shoulders, neck, arms, hands, legs, feet and (when needed) glutes and scalp. Pressure is calibrated to your body's feedback, not a fixed protocol. Premium pre-blended oils, freshly laundered linens and a professional couch are brought to your home and removed when we leave.

Who it's for

Anyone carrying tension across multiple regions of the body — desk workers with locked shoulders, parents running on broken sleep, manual workers with tight legs and lower back, athletes between events, and anyone who simply hasn't switched off in months. It's also the most-gifted treatment we offer for birthdays, anniversaries and Mother's Day.

When you need it

When more than one area hurts at once, when you can't pinpoint where the tension started, when sleep has gone shallow, or when you've been promising yourself "a proper massage" for six months. Most clients book either as a monthly reset or in response to a heavy workload, a long drive, or a stressful life event.

Why professional matters

A 60-minute full-body session at home outperforms a rushed 30-minute clinic appointment for the same reason a slow meal outperforms a vending machine — there's time for the nervous system to actually downshift. Elemis training and Celtic Manor experience mean techniques sequence properly: warming, releasing, draining, finishing. You don't get that from an app booking with an unvetted stranger.

What Happens If You Wait

Untreated tension doesn't fade. It compounds.

Most people wait until something stops them — a locked neck, a back spasm before a holiday, a headache that won't shift. By that point, the body has been compensating for weeks and a single massage becomes damage control instead of maintenance.

Tension migrates

A tight upper back recruits the neck. A tight neck pulls on the scalp. Within weeks, what started in one shoulder is a daily tension headache and disturbed sleep.

Sleep quality collapses

Sustained muscular tension keeps the nervous system in low-grade fight-or-flight. You fall asleep but never reach deep sleep — and you wake more tired than when you went to bed.

Posture sets in

Muscles that stay shortened for months start to feel "normal" shortened. The longer you wait, the more sessions it takes to undo what a single proactive treatment would have prevented.

Our Process

A repeatable system — not a one-size massage.

01

Quiet consult

Two minutes on the day: what hurts, what you've tried, what you want from this hour. No clipboards.

02

Set up around you

We bring the couch, linens, oils and music. About 10 minutes from doorbell to ready — you don't move furniture.

03

Full-body sequence

Warming effleurage, deep tissue work where it's needed, lighter drainage where it isn't. Pressure adjusted as we go.

04

Targeted finish

Final 10 minutes focused on whichever single area asked the loudest. Neck, lower back, feet — your call.

05

Quiet exit

We pack down, remind you to drink water, and let you stay exactly where you are. Pay on the day; rebook if it served you.

Why Clients Rebook

Concrete outcomes you'll actually feel.

Switch off completely

No drive home means the nervous system actually stays down. Clients regularly fall asleep before we've packed the couch away.

Lasting release, not a quick rub

60 minutes is long enough to warm tissue properly, release it, and finish — so results hold for days, not hours.

Properly insured, properly trained

Level 2 & 3 qualified, fully insured, Elemis-certified. The same standards as a five-star resort spa, in your living room.

Honest, flat pricing

£55 covers the full hour, the therapist, the couch, the linens and the oils. No travel surcharge inside our core area.

Same-week availability

We hold midweek and evening slots specifically for working clients. Most bookings happen within 3–5 days of asking.

Zero travel, zero hassle

No parking, no waiting room, no awkward changing rooms. You're in your own space, in your own clothes, before and after.

In Depth

What goes into a proper full body massage.

A proper full-body massage isn't a chain of pressing on muscles. It's a sequence — designed so each region prepares the next, and the body finishes more balanced than it started. Here's what's actually in the hour.

Oils and products

We use professional pre-blended massage oils selected for skin tolerance and glide. Lighter blends in summer, richer balms for winter skin. Hypoallergenic options available — just mention any sensitivities when you book and we'll arrive with the right blend.

Techniques used

Effleurage (warming, drainage), petrissage (kneading), targeted deep tissue work, neuromuscular trigger release on stubborn knots, and gentle lymphatic finishing strokes. We do not do reiki, hot stones or aromatherapy in this session — those are separate disciplines and we keep this one focused.

Variations on request

Pregnancy modifications (second and third trimester) with side-lying positioning. Lighter pressure for first sessions. Specific focus extensions — for example, full hour on back, shoulders and legs only if the upper body has been the source of pain for months.

Residential vs corporate

This treatment is designed for the residential setting — your bedroom, lounge or quiet spare room. We also deliver chair-based variants for corporate wellness days, but the full-body table massage requires a quiet room with floor space for a 6ft couch.

What we need from the space

A room with enough floor space for a massage couch (about 6ft × 3ft) plus walking room. Warmth helps — turn the heating up 15 minutes before we arrive. A door that closes. Nothing else. We bring everything else with us.
